A wine that presents itself as a full expression of the quality and elegance of the Sangiovese Grosso grown in Montalcino. A low spurred cordon vine training system, as tradition dictates to preserve the authenticity of the taste of the grapes. Aging in large Slavonian oak barrels for approximately thirty-six months to enhance the characteristics without distorting the taste.
This is the secret of a Brunello with a traditional taste, an intense ruby red color and varietal and spicy aromas with excellent freshness and a fine intensity. In the mouth it is enveloping, silky with sensations of softness that enhance its breadth. An elegant and balanced structure emerges with soft and never intrusive tannins. The long finish recalls the spicy notes perceived on the nose.
